1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DilConnect, you confirm that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited from using dating services under applicable laws
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You must NOT:

- Solicit money or financial information from other users
- Promote or engage in prostitution or escort services
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
DilConnect offers both free and paid subscription plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum).
- Paid plans provide access to premium features as described in the app
- Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners
- Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment
- Plan features and pricing are subject to change with prior notice
⚠️ Important: Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before making any purchase. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except in circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
5. Content Policy
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post on DilConnect (photos, bio, messages). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and process this content solely for operating the Platform.
Prohibited Content
You may not post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights
- Contains nudity, sexual acts, or explicit material
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DilConnect — including the logo, design, code, text, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by DilConnect and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Disclaimers
- DilConnect does not guarantee that you will find a match or form a relationship
- We do not conduct background checks on users — please exercise caution when meeting anyone
- We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DilConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting our support team.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DilConnect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India. We encourage you to first contact us at info@dilconnect.co.in to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
