1. Subscription Plans
DilConnect offers the following subscription plans:

2. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is due at the time of subscription activation
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets via our secure payment gateway
- Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation
- You will receive a payment receipt/invoice via email
3. Cancellation Policy
π How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at info@dilconnect.co.in or raising a support ticket in the app. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours on business days.
- Subscriptions are valid for the paid period (30 days from activation)
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not affect the current active period
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days after cancellation
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible for Refund
β You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription (duplicate payment)
- Your subscription was not activated within 24 hours of successful payment
- A technical error on our platform prevented access to paid features throughout your subscription period
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any premium features
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
β Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to find a suitable match on the platform
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial use of subscription period
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions
5. How to Request a Refund
