How do I cancel my subscription? +
Email us at info@dilconnect.co.in with your registered email and "Cancel Subscription" in the subject. We'll process it within 24 hours. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
I was charged but my plan wasn't activated. What do I do? +
Please email us at info@dilconnect.co.in with your transaction ID and registered email. We'll investigate and either activate your plan or issue a full refund within 3 business days.
How do I delete my account? +
Go to the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at info@dilconnect.co.in. Account deletion is permanent and all data is removed within 30 days.
How do I report an abusive or fake profile? +
Tap the three-dot menu on any profile → "Report User". You can also email us at info@dilconnect.co.in. We take safety seriously and investigate all reports within 48 hours.
How long does a refund take? +
Once approved, refunds are processed in 7–10 business days to your original payment method. UPI/Net Banking refunds may be faster (3–5 days). See our Refund Policy for details.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? +
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email or phone number. You'll receive a reset link/OTP within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
